The Gems & Pearls committee was established by a group of five women with diverse backgrounds and spanning various generations, each offering unique perspectives. Initially planned as a podcast to share insights, tips, and wisdom with women of all ages, the committee later recognized the significance of connecting with younger audiences. This shift led to the formation of the Gems & Pearls committee, offering a space for teenage girls and young women to exchange viewpoints and participate in conversations about their life journeys, alongside gaining understanding and wisdom on womanhood. We are currently seeking volunteers to join our committee, with individuals aged 16 years and up invited to participate.
